The Brief
Lux Press Group is a boutique print and brand packaging studio serving creators, small businesses, and premium product-based brands. When founder Molly approached Red Fox, the Shopify storefront was functional but not performing at the level needed to support conversion growth. The design felt outdated, pages loaded slowly – especially on mobile – and customers weren’t being guided clearly toward purchasing or making enquiries.
Additionally, LuxPress had no automated email flows, meaning the brand was missing key opportunities to recover carts, nurture warm leads, and drive repeat purchases.
